Oracle Profile changes

Hi ,

I have some profile password limit setting need to change, does the profile change immediate affect exciting user password status (I'm need whether need to reset password/account will be lock or not...etc)? thanks a lot.

PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION

PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME,PASSWORD_RESUE_MAX

PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME

PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME
