ORAchk reports patch ID 1575698 failed

I referred below docs and I see that RAC panic issue is fixed in explorer 7.1

 

Running pfiles on the ocssd.bin process could trigger RAC panic (Doc ID 1939868.1)

The above applied to  Solaris SPARC Operating System - Version 10 3/05 to 11.2 [Release 10.0 to 11.0]

 

It has been documented in 1487321.1 that running explorer -w all on Solaris could trigger RAC panic.

The explorer script has been modified (by 7.1) so that it will not attempt to capture pfiles output for the ocssd.bin process


Customer solaris version : 11.1

Explorer version : 8.4


Could it be a bug with ORAchk? Can this error be ignored?
