Is it possible to get the exact order release time for the order which is already closed?

Is it possible to get the exact order release time for the order which is already closed?

I have a set of sales orders which were released using Shipping User -> Release Sales Order form. Now users have ship confirmed the order a month back and now they want to know the time when the orders were released. Is it possible to verify it from any back end tables?
