Open UI on IE 11 - Icons missing

After upgrading to IP 15 and enabling OPEN UI, couple of users were able to view all icons. However, some users are unable to view Application icons or tab icons or some buttons are missing etc..

We have cross-verified the settings of IE11 on both user machines ( working & non-working), we couldn't find any difference. This issue is happening only on IE 11, when accessed the application using Chrome, all icons are displayed.

Any solutions?
