How to monitor all concurrent requests status which are submitted by users

Hi Team,

As our team is responsible for month end process for GL, is there any way we can better monitor the status of requests which was submitted by users.

Something that allows us to see the % completed and have more information around these traffic jams would greatly improve our ability to feedback to the users of any problems.
