How to configure Bursting Control file to derive email body from RFT Template

Using BI Publisher in 12.1.3 EBS.

configured XML Publisher to send emails with attachment via bursting mechanism. PDF is generated from RTF template and attached to email. Is it possible to burst email with HTML output of RTF template as body of the email rather than attachment?
