Spinning frmweb processes taking large CPU resources causing heap usage alert to be critical

Hi -

I'm receiving the alert of heap usage of being critical, one of the findings was this is due to the inactive sessions of the users that were not terminated because the user were not properly logged out.

I'd like to ask if this is the case and how can this be prevented. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
