Service Contracts coverage details updating/Inserting values

Hello Experts,

I am new to Service Contracts module, I am facing some difficult on my current requirement.

One service item (4002300607) created with wrong coverage (BKS_Leasing), this item was used on different sales orders and for this item service contracts line are created with coverage(BKS_Leasing).

Later on, business came to know that item setup was wrong because coverage (BKS_Leasing) applied for the item (4002300607) is wrong .they have updated the item setup with proper coverage (BKS_Warranty) but didn't reflect on the existing contract lines for this item.as we are using lower version Oracle Applications: 11.5.10.2

So now the requirement is for the existing contract line we have to update the coverage
