Organization - Grants

Hello,

We currently add the Organization to Grants after it has been added to GL and then it is grants enabled in HR.

1.Is there a way to add an Org directly to Grants after it's addition in GL without adding it to HR ?.

2. Is it possible to change the roll up of the Org after some expenditures have been processed ?

3. Can an award org or task org be changed after expenses have been incurred on a project / award ?

4. What will the impact of the change in the org's have on the burden process?.
