Custom toolbar button activated three times

Hello All,

We are having OWCS 11.1.1.6.1, as given in "webcenter_sites_11gr1_bp1_ui_customization.pdf", I customized the toolbar.

The issue I found that onClick event of the button is triggered three times.

This is exactly same issue as described in below question:

Any idea what will be resolution?

Also, wanted to know, if I want to display same button in "edit" mode, how can I do that?
