Add fields to mobile device for MSCA

We are on 12.2.3.

Is there a way to add new fields to the screen on the hand held device for MSCA for example add the item description field to the Transact Move orders screen on the mobile device?We do not use WMS -just regular inventory and other discrete mfg modules
