"Released" Status Discrete Jobs from PS

When we release planned orders from Production Scheduling, WIP mass load is firing and creating discrete jobs in "Unreleased" status.  Anyone know if or how I can have EBS create the jobs in "Released" status instead?  In ASCP we have the option to created "Released" status jobs in EBS upon planned order release from planning server.  Was hoping same option was available in PS.  I have looked but I can find how to accomplish this.
