Receiving Error Cannot create a letter because you do not have any templates available in CM 14.2 af

Receiving the following error message in CM 14.2  when attempting to create a letter in a project after enabling LDAP on CM and BI 11. Also cannot see any templates to select in Advanced Print.  Could do this before enabling LDAP. The file paths have been verified and the letters and forms imported and re-imported. LDAP setup was reconfigured in BI and the WL on the BI server.

ErrorCannot create a letter because you do not have any templates available.
