Hello,

  We want to predefault the value of few fields in Outbound communications. We noticed that the User Preferences BC is not based on any table so does not store value in Database and it is stored in File.

  We deleted the file and at BC level we tried to prededault the values for those fields but not getting as desired.

  Attached the screenshot of

1) User Preferences BC Configuration highlighting the fields for which we want to set Predefault value - HTML

2) Both the fields are picklist fields so highlighted the picklist configuration with values

3) User Preference Application Screenshot highlighting the fields for your reference.
