Server manager installation stuck jde 9.2 82%

I have installed weblogic 12c server successfully on win 2012 platform and other machine win 2012 installed jde 9.2 deployment server(both machine have own ip and same network lan) its also able to logic with jdeplan, now i am trying to install server manager console 9.2 on deployment server ,i have few  questions


1 - Is it necessary to run smc installer on that machine where i was installed weblogic 12c (if i choose this option installation successfully done )

2 - If i am trying to install smc on deployment server with full read and write permission and shared weblogic directory which is on another server installation failed at (wlst.cmd)82%
