How to make ASCP not plan any stock in Production plant?

Hello,

We have a manufacturing facility (Plant) that feeds FG supplies to our distribution warehouse (DC). We do not keep any stock of finished goods in plant, though we stock components there. FGs are transferred to DC the day they come out of assembly line. Forecasts are generated at DC level and in turn they generate demand on plant.

Now, the requirement with ASCP is as follows:

1. How to ensure that ASCP generates transfer orders between Plant and DC the same day when FG WO is due. (In short, ASCP should never keep any stock of FG in Plant)

2. Sometimes due to batch sizes, excess supply is generated in Plant which also needs to transferred to DC too. How can we achieve this in ASCP?
