Dynamic Data Report using xml publisher

Hi Gurus,

Kindly help me out in achieving the report out put as attached to this. The requirement is generating a Student Performance Report in a class. Assuming all columns displaying are dynamic(Horizontally and Vertically).

Kindly provide the sample xml and rtf in acheiving this. Please find the mock layout inthe attachment.
