BC Purchasing Not Getting Transferred to GL

Hi All,

I have ran Transfer Journal entries to GL program from Purchasing module in order to transfer Encumbrance entries to GL. All Encumbrance entries are transferred. But few transactions are not getting transferred to GL and when I try to run Transfer to GL program one more time, it is not showing any pending transactions.

I confirmed that there are still pending transaction in BC Packets through funds inquiry screen where it still show BC Purchasing journal details and in Account Inquiry these balances are not appearing.

Please help to resolve this.
