Need to delete OAR

Hi,

We need to delete Order activity rules for an Order type and create new OAR's.

Receiving an error- Delete Invalid

CAUSE: You are prevented from deleting this record because other records
  are based on this record.
RESOLUTION: To delete this record you will need to first delete any related
  records.

All open purchase orders are canceled.
