ASM UP and RDBMS UP showing NO in windows

Hi,

I have two nodes windows RAC 11.2.0.4 PatchSet 16

I have installed Cygwin as per instructions in (Doc ID 1268927.2) for windows

Whenever I run ./orachk, it does not detect the Database or ASM

It always show answer (NO) for both ASM and RDBMS
