Error while installing 11i techstack

I am migrating our existing 11i instance from hp-unix 64-bit to linux 64-bit. I am following the note "Migrating to Linux with Oracle Applications Release 11i ( Doc ID 238276.1 )" upon oracle confirmation. I am at step 4 and i am getting the error below while installing 11i techstack.

./rapidwiz -techstack

appltest@blxlinux01 rapidwiz]$ /tmp/RapidInstall/jre/Linux/1.4.2/bin/jre: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

chmod: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

rm: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
