Sequence of processing local domains when RPAS binaries run

Hi,

      Is the sequence of processing local domains when RPAS binaries are run, based on the local domain sequence definition in globaldomainconfig.xml during the domain creation ? Just want to determine if it makes any difference by having a sequence of staring with a large local domain followed by small local domains and then again with large and small. Obviously we need to have domains evenly distributed however it is not always possible. We are trying to not split below department if possible since users responsibility is by departments. Where possible we are trying to combine departments into one local
