Domain Selection Dialog

Hi,

One of the user has been given access to PRODUCTS only within one single local domain. Hence as per the RPAS documentation, we do not expect any 'domain selection' dialog while creating workbook since the user has only access to one local domain. However I see that the user is prompted with the domain selection dialog.

Is it a defect or am I missing something?
