FRM - 40212:Invalid value for field SHIP_METHOD_MEANING

While defining Inter location transit time , when we put a value in the tab 'ship method' following error displays : "FRM - 40212:Invalid value for field SHIP_METHOD_MEANING".

And there are no values stored in the tab 'ship method'. How to resolve this error??
