Invalid configuration for BSSV after deploying to PY900

Dear All,

we have create a BSSV that consume an external web service , also a new Data structure and business function in order to follow up the steps we found in the attached document ,

we have test the BSSV on DV environment locally , before that we have added the OCM mapping record for DV we test it and everything working correctly,

after that we promote the objects to PY900 Environment , and then we have added the OCM mapping record (P90701A) for PY900 and returning to test the application that call the BSSV , the Error (invalid configuration for BSSV server) appears and we found the attached log on the Enterprise Server .
