Line 16 defaulting to Safe Harbor Code (2E) instead of Not FTE (2B)
We have a safe harbor code defined at the org level due to a collective bargaining benefit plan for some employees. However, now line 16 is reporting that safe harbor code (2E) instead of 2B for employees who started mid-month. Does anyone else have a mix of a union plan and other plans in the same org? Have you been able to get the right settings so that your union and your non-union employees are reporting properly?
