P3313 rated capacity not changing after efficiency rate changes

Hello,

We're just updated efficiency rates on our workcenters, I regenerated the resources (R3007G) and reran capacity (R3382) however, my CRP views (P3313) are still showing the old rated capcity.  Can anyone provide direction on what I might be missing?
