ODA unable to establish connection to server

Hi All,

I tried to setup ODA in Oracle Database on Windows 2012 R2 64 bit. I registered the jdeowoda.dll from FAT client. the ODA is registered in ODBC with version 2.00.00.00 When i tried to get the data from microsoft excel 2007 there is an error that say "Unable to establish connection to servername" is something wrong with the ODA driver or verion? i attach screenshot when the problem occured. thank you for your consideration.
