Can we scan the Deployment Server through Anti-virus

Dear All,

I want to scan the deployment server through anti-virus .

Before that few question are there ?

1.  Can Anti-virus  effect the performance of Deployment Server if so then how .

2.  Can Anti-virus  effect the performance of Fat client if so then how.

3.  After scan has completed what will be the issue that cwill arise from D S and fat client.
