Time entry - Multiple Rates

Hello,

We have a requirement on the time entry to pay employees diff Pay Rates based on project and other criteria, what would be the best approach to implement this ?

Is it ok if we modify the Hxt_Otc_Retrieval_Interface.transfer_to_otm process to embed the custom logic. this could be used for Overriding Earning Policies.

Is there any alternate approach?
