Question related to Doc ID 1627168.1 - Known issues with browsers in Siebel?

My question is around one of the statement made in this document. The statement is :

Note: IE9 does not fully meet HTML5 standards and thus has limitations in running Open UI, both in performance and functionality.  Only use IE9 with Siebel Open UI if the known limitations are acceptable to the required use scenarios.


Does anyone know what are these known limitatons with IE9 when used with Open UI?



Also does anyone know what version ORACLE will recommend with IP2016?
