Hi,

Below is my query:

We are planning to setup the Siebel in multiple envs in a scratch proj for a customer. We are going to have multiple Development envs, test envs and pre-prod and Production envs.

We want to know how the Siebel licensing works. I mean do we need to pay the Development server license+Siebel tools+Siebel Client License fees. Is it per developer basis or Production user basis?

The Oracle site for licensing is not clear for us.

Need you help in this regards ASAP.
