What are the mandatory setups for GL, AP, AR, FA after upgrade from 11i to R12 ?

Hi Everyone,

Regarding R12 upgrade, i would like to know ....

What are the mandatory Standard setup's for GL, AP, AR, FA  after upgrade from 11i to R12 ?

For Ex: in AP,  Payment Process Profile we need to configure manually after upgrade (as of i know), like in each module i would like to know the mandatory setup's after/before upgrade.
