Project Id is not populating in Action BC, after creating the change

Hi All,

Hope you can help us here.

We are having a requirement to send a notification when a change is approved in Siebel. An activity is getting created with type Email - Outbound but it is not creating under the change because project-id (RowId of a change) is not populating in Project Id (Proj_ID) of Action BC.

as you all know, Change is a record which will create under the Project BC(S_PROJ).

We are sending this notification when the change is approved with OutboundCommunciation Manager > Create Request Method.

Activity is getting created in Communications > All Communications. But not visible in activities under changes tab.
