JDE - Year end, EFW2 for State - When generating Maryland Mag Media file the report ends up in error

For year end 2015, after generating EFW2 mag media files when trying to generate mag media file for EFW2 for State - Maryland the report ends up in error and no data is generated in file. All other states mag media file got generated without any issue. What is the root cause of the is issue and how to resolve it ?
