1095c Part III displaying DOB instead of SSN for dependents listed in line 21 or higher

Has anyone else noticed that the DOB is displaying instead of the SSN  in Part III column (b) for dependents listed in line 21 or higher?   The SSN displays for those listed in lines 17-20 but not for those after line 20.   I have verified all dependents have a SSN set up in Oracle.   The SSN was displaying for everyone prior to applying the patch to correct the address so I am guessing this broke because of the patch.   If anyone else has noticed this were you able to fix or did you have to open an SR?
