Error writing to file, trying to upgrade to OAS 10.1.3.5 via OUI installer

I'm trying to upgrade OAS to 10.1.3.5 with OUI installer on an test instance. I get this error writing to file, it's trying to write to an old production directory.


I'm guessing it's a permissions issue or something went wrong with the cloning process of this instance, that's why I'm seeing these errors.


If I choose to ignore the error then when I run the root.sh it fails.
