Is there a way to change the font size and type of font on an E1 Page

Hello,

I am a functional consultant on a fact finding mission for a developer.  Is there a way when designing an E1 page to change the font to something else?  Does the Flowstyle drive the type of font or do we have to include HTML tags?  Has anybody done this and willing to share how?  We are on Release 9.1 and Tools 9.1.5
