Why all tables at OPER schema lost all ? Can you help me ?

Dear All,

I have a problem with our client.

My problem is suddenly all tables in OPER schema will be lost all. could you tell me what's gonna be happenned of this ?

Here, The period of this happening between Wednesday, 10 February 2016 start from 22:00:00 PM until Thursday, 11 February 2016 at 09:00:00 AM.  I enclosed alert log for investigating....
