OMFS - Stuck with loading Page

Hi Team,

We are working with MFS although in regards to access in Mobile we are not facing any issue however on Laptop OMFS after installing is not working. I have downloaded the software via 'Multi-Platform Application Store Page' but after running it always stuck on the Activity log page.

Please advice how I can go ahead with that page. I have attached the screen shot of the loading page also.
