Reserve Encumbrance AP R12.1.3

Hi,


I Created budget and budget organization and complete all required setup , defined may ranges for two accounts only, but when i entered standard invoice i found there are accounting class event for Encumbrance reserve DR & CR for Deduction Tax Account at the same time i can't upload any budget for this account, can any one help me to this issue?
