How can restrict the Application to select a single serial number item on multiple service contract.

Hi,

I have created a service Agreement in Oracle Service Contract Module against an specific item serial number and approved and complete the transaction. when i create another service agreement for a new client in which select same item but application/system do not restrict me to select same serial number which i have already select in previous service agreement.

How it could be possible the system/Application will restrict me when ever i select same serial item number.

Navigation Path : Service Contracts > Launchpad > Tool > New > Create > Lines > Pricing Product Tab > In Effective tab > Enter Serial Number
