Applying RPC patch

Hi,

We have upgraded EBis Application version from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.

We are planning to apply RPC patches and we are having RPC 1 / 2 / 3 / 4.

My question is should we apply all four patches or is it okay if we apply just RPC4 ( because when I see RPC 1 / 2 / 3 in oracle support they are classified as suppressed  ).
