chinese characters for veiw source generated from forms applications 11grel2 11.1.2.2

Hi,

We have four nodes where we are running WLS_FORMS running on each node and we are generating some date from form applciation where it open another URL in seperate window for which the view source is showing in chinese but for other three nodes it shows as english.

I have verified all the forms env files everything is same, can some one have a clue on it what could be the problem.
