peoplesoft transaction amount is taking 3 decimals points and base amount with 2decimal points?

Hi all, we are getting data from PeopleSoft to ARM through FDMEE and In PeopleSoft transaction currency is reported with three decimals and when it get converted to base currency it is showing with 2 decimals as a result we can see 1 or 2 difference in the total. Can someone help me out how to resolve this issue?
