E1 - Transaction can not be committed. It was cancelled - Error

Hi,

Getting subjected error message during below steps -

- Entered the stock transfer order (SU/OU)

- Printed the pick slip against SU order

- While Doing the shipment confirmation, subject error occurred due to which record is available for shipment again & again. i.e. Due to this unable to do Shipment with no Cardex Records

During Receipt

- Trying to receive the OU Order, still getting the same error because of which unable to do the receipt.

Kindly advise.
