Reinstall of Oracle 11gR2 after upgrade from windows 2008 to windows 2012

Hello everyone,

Tthis question is about whether to reinstall Oracle software after an Operating system upgrade. I have Oracle 11.2.0.4 running on a Windows 2008 R2 Server with 32 GB of RAM. But I would like to add more databases to it which means I need more memory. The server actually has 120 GB RAM but Windows 2008 R2 only recognizes 32 GB RAM. Hence the Windows 2012 upgrade. Now the Oracle Software , data files and backups are all on SAN storage and will be reattached once the OS has been upgraded from 2008 to 2012. Will I need to reinstall
