EIM table to load S_CASE_LD_CON

The anwer to this is probably staring me in the face but I just can't see it!

I need to load a bunch of Case Lead (S_CASE_LEAD) records and associate them to a load of Contact (S_CONTACT) records. The base table for this intersection is S_CASE_LD_CON.

Any idea what EIM table(s) I need to load to populate this intersection table?
