How to build a DFF in the customer screen (web based screen)

Hello ,

Can some one help be in building a custom field where my sales person can enter few texts under the customer screen . I am planning to build a DFF so that they can enter the text on the customer screen . I know how to do on the forms but not on the web forms and the customer screen is web based form . Please help . Thank you!
