Advanced Pricing - Reprice by Promised Ship Date vs. Request Date

In Sales Order Entry P4211 - we are using Promised Ship Date as the date to check for a price change.    When I want to reprice an order ( F18 - P42750 ) it is using Request Date and giving my orders the new price.

Has anyone used the program P42950 - Update Sales Price - that Oracle suggested for me to use?   I turned on Proc. Option # 4 - to '1' to recalculate the unit price of the sale order.   I also set Proc. Opt. # 6 to "2"

which is for Promised Ship Date.   I then ran the program for the 1 sales order and the Unit Price did not change.  I tried it with "*" and "P" to grab my value from the System constants (Promised Ship Date) but it still
